At Janet Duke Primary we celebrate achievement and reward participation through the award of Children’s University Certificates. Raising children’s aspiration is important to us at Janet Duke Primary and we aim to develop the understanding that learning can be the satellite navigation system to better places in life.

What are the benefits for our children at Janet Duke Primary

Through participation in fun, high quality learning experiences at Janet Duke Primary, we aim to grow inquisitive, confident, independent children and learners. At Janet Duke Primary it’s about enjoyment, and a sense of achievement for all.

The children are issued with a Passport To Learning.

The children gain credits on their passports through participating in a range of activities at Janet Duke Primary and at selected venues in and around the Basildon and Essex area. The credits go towards bronze, silver and gold awards which are presented at graduation ceremonies at James Hornsby School.
