Janet Duke Primary School believes that good communication and the sharing of information between parents and schools is the key to good relationships. By talking early on, we believe there is a greater chance of resolving potential problems.

We have an open-door policy and encourage parents to speak to the class teacher or headteacher if they have a problem or concern.

However, if you have concerns that you feel have not been dealt with, please follow our complaints procedure. Written complaints should be sent to the headteacher and/or chair of the local governing body.
